Returns & Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy
Items purchased online must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store.
Returns Back to Original Payment are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Returns for Store Credit are excluded from any re-stocking fee. Exchanges are excluded from any re-stocking fee.
Please note: all returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair; merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Special order items—if your order is delayed beyond the original expected delivery date, you may cancel your special order
- Personalized and dyed items
- Final sale items
- Items with any tags removed
The buyer must be available to sign for delivery in no more than 2 delivery attempts and must notify the seller of her intention to return the item within 2 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sent. The buyer must provide a tracking number for the return shipment within 2 days of notifying intent to return. The return shipment must be insured for the purchase value and returned at the buyer’s expense. The refund will not be provided until the seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition.
